37th Philippine Travel Mart Wraps Up with a Strong Call to Discover the Philippines




PASAY CITY, Philippines — September 6, 2026. The 37th Philippine Travel Mart (PTM) concluded today at the SMX Convention Center Manila, bringing three days of travel deals, destination showcases, cultural presentations, and tourism opportunities to Filipino travelers.
Held from September 4–6, the country’s longest-running travel fair carried the theme “Nurturing the NextGen Tourism,” supported by the campaign “Discover Your Philippines.” The event brought together tourism stakeholders, tour operators, travel agencies, hotels, resorts, airlines, transport providers, local government units and other tourism-related businesses.
The final day remained lively as visitors explored booths featuring destinations from different regions of the country, searched for travel bargains, and discovered new experiences for their next local getaway. The PTM has become a major marketplace where travelers can compare and book discounted tour packages, accommodations, flights and other travel products.
More than simply a travel sale, this year's PTM highlighted the importance of building a sustainable, digital, inclusive and wellness-oriented tourism industry—key pillars of the NextGen Tourism framework.
As the curtains closed on the 37th PTM, one message stood out: there is still so much of the Philippines waiting to be discovered.
From beaches and mountains to food, heritage, culture and local communities, the Philippine Travel Mart once again encouraged Filipinos to travel closer to home and support destinations and businesses across the country.
